A4: All photographs for PWC must be taken at the enrolment centre. Photograph taken at the enrolment centre is ICAO compliant and will flow to the Frontline Issuance System (FIS) and Automated Armoury System (AAS) for armoury issuance use. This requirement also applies to retaking of photograph due to promotion/demotion.

Q5: I am unhappy with my enrolment photograph. Can I submit another photograph that is not taken at the enrolment centre?

Excuse me please, in case I missed it earlier, just to confirm, A&F will send out a broadcast message to all, to advise them on proceeding with the Warrant Card replacement application and the process (with Q&A attached), yes? Think a centralised broadcast will help ensure consistency in the message sent to officers and provide clarity on the various scenarios where must proceed to do replacement.
