Task 2: Refining the Inclusion Philosophy 

Once you've selected the best option, use Padlet to discuss and document your group's refinements: 

• Additions:  

• What key elements or values are missing from the chosen philosophy? 

• Consider adding specific language that addresses the unique needs and characteristics of your school community. 

• Reductions:  

• Are there any parts of the chosen philosophy that are redundant or could be more concise? 

• Reframing:  

• Can any parts of the philosophy be rephrased to make them more impactful or easier to understand?

2. Match each objective with the most relevant Program Standard and Practice (PSP) from the IB guidelines.

Task 2: Observing the Practice of Objectives in School 

1. Identify and share specific examples of how each of the given objectives are being practiced in the school on Padlet. 

Consider the following questions:  

1. How effectively are teachers differentiating instruction to meet individual student needs? 

2. What support services are available for students with learning difficulties or language barriers? 

3. How does the school promote student self-confidence and encourage independent learning? 

4. How does the school foster a sense of belonging and achievement for all students? 

5. How effectively does the school collaborate with parents and external agencies to support student learning?
