I have completed the Strengths Assessment quiz (Career Builder,2024).

The quiz helped me find out which are my strengths and what I need to improve on myself.

My prime strengths are certainly constitute of working under pressure, team working, solving problems.

I think I fit very well in a team because I am an extrovert person,whose needs are to communicate with people at all times.

To have good communication between people we should have accuracy in the message we want to deliver.

For me to have better communication at work I need to focus on developing my vocabulary.

I have notice that I need to focus on vocabulary and writing skills. My lecturer suggest us to read an article on Indeed, (Imposter Syndrome,2024).

Sometimes I do not contribute enough for my development. I feel it is not enough engagement, this article gave me some valuable tips how to stop procastinating.

During the Workshop I completed on Career Builder (2024) the Learning Style Assessment in which I have scored 70 points out of 100.

The result showed that I need to ask for more feedback about my work.

I will start uploading my work to Studiosity to help me with my SPaG mistakes .

Hopkins(2024), stated ‘A succesful business needs to be aware of what is happening inside of the organisation, such as their strengths and weaknesses’.

Challenge of the week

I believe that the workshop helped me improved my negotiation skills and attention to detail skills.

My team and I worked to improve our mood board, and we were listening to each other for any innovative ideas.

While we were collecting ideas the lecturer gave us a deadline.

I choose to develop my focusing skill. In class we looked at a video presenting Gibbs Reflective model (Hopkins-West,2024) which I found it helpful for my weekly reflections.

Now I found more easy how to express and describe my feelings and my learning journey.

Focusing was not easy but I managed  not be distracted by my phone and collaborate during the workshop session. My core skill which I tried to develop was adaptability

I tried to adjust through university resposabilities.

She taught us how to do referencing .

Challenge of the week

This was my challenge, I felt very overwhelmed because I felt I will struggle to do referencing.

I was sure that I will need more support in the future to do Harvard referencing, she suggest us to use Cite them right(University of Bedfordshire,2024).

Moreover, to complete my padlets and for future projects I will need to do Harvard referencing, I have booked an appointment with my librarian for next week to support and advise me.

I consider by asking for advice I will start improving and making progress as well.

In class our lecturer suggest us to read an article ‘Digital Skills to help your career.’

I found it helpful because everything nowadays is online, all the information about jobs as well. To have basic knowledge about IT helps you to adapt today’s necessity.

Another hint which it was given was how to revise.

I have to work on my time management this week and I have booked a day off from work to manage to study .

Moreover I have visit Sofia, our librarian and she gave me support and guide me how to do proper referencing.
