El proceso de informar tendría que empezar por lo que cada uno considerara que es su información crítica. Lo primero que debo conocer es aquello de lo que me interesa estar informado. Pero aquí es donde empezamos a fallar.


Normalmente, la información que la gente recibe lo hace de forma casual. Tropezamos con la información sin buscarla. Podríamos afirmar que aquí es donde empieza la infoxicación.
