What types of jobs did Nazis force Jews to perform? Factory work<br>8. What was not uncommon to see in the ghetto?  homeless children<br>9. What does “liquidate” mean? removing Jews from ghetto and placing them in work camps. What types of people did the Nazis want? people that were able to work. Who was usually liquidated? Give two reasons to explain why the Nazis chose to experiment with gas. It was less money and fatigue and mental anguish was caused by all the shooting<br>5. In 1942, explain the process the Nazis used to kill their victims at Belzec, Sobibor, and Treblinka. Victims got of cattle cars, they would then be "disinfected" in "showers" and crammed as many people in the chamber as possible, and then suffocated by the gas.<br>6. The experiments at Auschwitz proved to be the most efficient.  What method was used at Auschwitz? Zyklon B. How many Jews were the Nazis able to kill each day? 6,000<br>7.
