Therefore I lean more towards Locke because he is all about equality and one of his main points was that power doesn't come from just wanting to be powerful...it comes from being born into and given the gift by the Lord above. <br><br></div>]]></description>

I would go for equality, but in the event it is truly considered equal is where that would detach, as even if they would be certain with one idea, some would express doubt and be in the opposite end.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When he Rousseau meant, "while competent to bind all the subjects to the Sovereign, because of the two different capacities..." he speaks of a perspective on an individual and the mass. We both have our different way of interpreting, but Sovereign can't be for itself, even certain subjects are more difficult to apply for sovereign. It's not necessarily "stuck", but more so "restricted".</div>]]></description>
