Nowadays we realize that people spend so much time online. I think it's a problem to the society in and out of their home.
Firstly, when I go to a restaurant and I begin to look around, I just see families arriving together and when they choose a table they sit on and each one begin to watch their smartphones.
In addition, I have seen children with smartphones or tablets watching or playing games and they don't rise their eyes to look around to look at the real world. Another example, people go to the doctor and while they are waiting to be call, they don't talk or read a magazine, they just ask for the WiFi password and anybody talk, they are all attention on smartphone.
In resume, I believe that there are many good things to read, to learn and to have fun in online world, but we need to learn again how to live and to have relationship with other people, with our family, with new people and don't forget that it's very good to met new friends and to look in the eyes of other person besides of the smartphones and internet world.
Márcia Buranello

Nowadays it’s common to see people using mobilephones walking around in the streets, during a dinner with a friend and, even while they drive in the traffic. It’s like the phone became an extention of our bodies and essencial for our survival in this century. The smartphone are constantly conected to the internet, thus we pass most of time online. As the time the phone screem turns on, because we recieve a notification from an app, we feel ansious to see what’s new and when we figure out, has already pass an hour since that sneak peek.

It’s hard to control our feeling of missing out something while we are off-line, but spend less time online it’s good for our health. Social media can have a negative impact on our mental well-being. Mark Griffiths, a psychologist from the Nottingham Trent University, based on his research, has found that a technological compulsion like ‘social media addiction’ comes with all the behavioural signals that we might usually associate with chemical addictions, such as smoking or alcoholism. So that, in my opnion, It’s important to determine a limit of the time we spend online.

In addition, turn off our phone can turns on our perception of life, from what really matters. These days we feel that we can’t be bored and, as the time we felt that we need to do something we catch our phones as a way to entertain our selfs or thinking that I miss something important while we weren’t looking to the phone. However, stay online it’s not the only way of intretainment.

To sum up, I believe that we need to focus on the balance. Stay online can be good, fun and help to conected with people, but stay in online the whole day can affect your mental health, self esteem and behavior. So be careful.

Beatriz Brito

These days organic production is growing more and more, this is because the demand for healthier products without pesticides is on the rise.

Emater, an entity that takes care of rural extension mainly for small producers, monitors organic productions in Paraná. In my opinion, since I'm doing an internship at Emater, I was able to closely monitor the work they do and see how good organic management is and how the fruits, or the foliage in the case of lettuce, look beautiful.
I disagree with people who prefer to continue using conventional production, as they say that organic production is more difficult to manage, that production is smaller, etc.
In conclusion there are these two forms of production, but organic production is more sustainable for the environment, and good for people, but people still need to know more about it.
Marjori G

These days, there are many of different types of games that make people spend a lot of time playing. I think the games can be useful to meet new people during the game and learn other languages.
Firstly, now people can play on their cell phone, computer and in the video games consoles, this makes it possible for people to continue playing even away from home. In my opinion, this facility has a good side and a bad side because it's good to use when you don't have anything to do in a place or you need to wait in a doctor, for example, but it's bad if someone is addicted to a game and spends a lot of time without socialize with friend and family.
In addition, there are many games that don't have translations into other languages, so if someone want to play one of these games, the people need to make researches about the language in the game and this is good to leand more.
To sum up, I believe the games are realy good for a lot of things, but you need to control the time you spend playing so you don't just stay in the virtual world.

By Letícia Neves

These days, access the internet every day is pretty common and most part of people do this. You can access internet from your smartphone everywhere. Pratically every place you go have wifi-free, that allows us to be online full time of the day.
Internet can helps with everything. We need that to do work, to study, and to have some fun, too. I think that we coudn't live without it currently. But passing all of the day on internet can be dangerous.
When you spend all of your time doing just one activity on internet, it can turn into a problem. Some people can really develop psycological dependence, specially if this time is designed to stay on social media. It happens because the world online looks more comfortable and atracting, but most of the time, what is shown is not even real. I think that internet is essential, but all of people has to be careful.
To sum up, I believe that everything has a good side and a bad side, all our actions as a human needs to find a balance. It is not different with the internet.
by Thainara
