Jonathan McDonnell of the Albuquerque Police Department filed the civil suit against Antoinette Suina, charging she "failed to yield to an emergency vehicle" when she turned in front of his speeding patrol car in 2017. Following the wreck, the police department released a list of 5 on duty crashes and one unauthorized pursuit McDonnell had been involved in since 2009, and he was suspended in 3 of the incidents. A doctor thought it might be from a tightly wrapped blanket.Additionally, staff saw bruising on the second baby’s face and three days later they found a lump on the baby's head. Peter Madsen, has been charged with murder and indecent handling of a corpse. Kim Wall's died last August. Madsen pleaded guilty but denies killing her, saying she died in an accident. On August 10 she texted her boyfriend and sent pictures, the last text was sent are around 8 p.m. local time. Madsen, is accused of tying up Kim, abusing her before killing her and dismembering her body. Her torso was discovered Aug. 21. Other body parts were found later. The pictures were so graphic that they are only being showed to the people who are judging the case. According to Madsen he sunk the submarine after killing her. Just hours before he had searched works like "beheading".
