         <description><![CDATA[<pre>Noodles (taglierini) à putanesca is one of the most popular dishes made in Nigeria. It is a spicy noodle that can be served at home or in restaurants. How it's done: Place a skillet on the fire;
Add the oil;
Put the cut garlic in brunoise;
Let the garlic simmer;
Add the anchovies;
Place pitted black olives;
Saute these ingredients;
Add the tomato cut in concasse;
Sauté one more time;
Add the pomodoro sauce;
Mix lightly with the spatula;
Let it boil for a moment;
Add the chopped capers;
Add the parsley;
Mix it all up again;
Let it boil;
Wait for the sauce to acquire the desired consistency;
When this happens, add the cooked noodles to the sauce;
Mix the cooked noodles with the sauce;
Transfer the putanesca noodles to a suitable dish;
Garnish with chopped parsley;
