         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nancy Larrain and I collaborated on a Spanish II assignment via FlipGrid. Instead of presenting orally in front of the class, her students used FlipGrid to screen record a first-person introduction of themselves in Spanish. I feel this is at least Augmentation because FlipGrid allows the students to play the intros several times (their own as well as watching others') and students are able to record themselves as many times as they like, thus evaluating their own speaking and strengthening their skills.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a follow-up to a collaboration with Nancy Larrain using FlipGrid for a Spanish II assignment <em>(her students used FlipGrid to screen record a first-person introduction of themselves in Spanish), </em>students can go back in to FlipGrid after Mrs. Larrain has changed the topic settings, and they can now listen to fellow classmates' responses, provide feedback, AND record a reply of their own in Spanish in the first person. This provides an opportunity for collaboration and student feedback that was not possible with the old "stand up in front of the class and talk" version of this activity</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Precalculus Honors classes had to escape a Mad Mathematician who locked them in the classroom! If they proved their knowledge of the Laws of Sines and Cosines, the Mad Mathematician will let them go. This allowed me to walk around the room to see what problems students were still having and I could help students individually and in small groups. This replaced a typical review day for us. </div>]]></description>
