         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>A healthy diet is a combination of food and water that contains the necessary amount of all nutrients.</strong></p><p>But what are <strong>nutrients</strong>?</p><p>Nutrients are substances in foods and can be:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Carbohydrates </strong>(potatoes, rice, bread, legumes...). They are used to obtain energy quickly.</p></li><li><p><strong>Fats </strong>(olive oil, semi-cured and cured cheese, avocado, egg yolk, bacon and meat skin, butter...). They serve to obtain energy that can be stored.</p></li><li><p><strong>Proteins </strong>(meat, fish, egg white, yoghurt, milk, fresh cheese, cottage cheese, legumes, peas, soya, etc.). They are used to build muscles.</p></li><li><p><strong>Vitamins and minerals</strong> (present in most foods, especially vegetables, fruits and nuts). They help our bodies to function properly.</p></li></ul><p>Most foods contain all types of nutrients. Nuts, for example, have everything.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Although most foods are healthy, there are others that are unhealthy and <strong>can cause illness and problems.</strong> Let's start.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>SUGAR</strong></p></li></ul><p>You'd better not eat candies, sweets from the supermarket, chocolates or sliced bread... Coca Cola and Fanta - <strong>NO WAY! </strong>They are pure poison 🤢. They have a lot of sugar that will make you sick when you get older.</p><p>In case you didn't know, sugar is not a food, it is an addictive toxic substance. In other words, it is a <strong>DRUG</strong> 😵🥴. Scientists said years ago in a very important journal called Nature that <strong>sugar damages our body </strong>even if we take very little of it.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>PALM OIL</strong></p></li></ul><p>This oil is a really bad guy 🤢🤮☠️. They put it in most of the biscuits or sweets we buy. Always look at the ingredients of the food you buy in the supermarket.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>PROCESSED &amp; ULTRA-PROCESSED FOOD</strong></p></li></ul><p>And what is processed food? Well, I'm sorry to tell you that <strong>chopped meat, bologna, chips, frozen pizzas, Mcdonald's burgers and similar foods</strong>.&nbsp;</p><p>As you can see, these are foods that you don't like, right? 😉😝&nbsp;</p><p>Make an effort and avoid eating these foods and substances as much as possible. <strong>Your body will thank you for it.</strong></p>]]></description>
