Today, the students were invited to enthusiastically embark on a new educational adventure – an international project that challenges them to think, create and dream of a better future. We discussed what it means to be a “Twinner”, the importance of teamwork, original ideas and collaboration between children from different corners of Europe.

We presented the title of the project – “Our Little Twinners Are Creating the New Century” – and talked about how each of them has the power to contribute to building a better world. We encouraged curiosity, the courage to innovate and openness to international friendships.

To mark the beginning of our journey, the students made drawings or mini-collages in which they imagined what the future they want looks like – whether through environmentally friendly inventions, rescue robots, green cities or people working together for the good of the planet. It was an activity full of color, smiles and bold ideas!

🌍 A small first step for them, but a big step towards a future that they themselves can create.

The parents completed the agrement for the project.We presented the project to them and the students started working together.

My name is Nilda and I am a science teacher at the Yasemin Karakaya Science and Art Center in Ankara, Turkey. Our school provides education for gifted students. This is the first eTwinning project for both me and my students. We are very excited and happy to be part of this journey! We believe that through this project, our students will have the chance to improve their creativity, collaborate with their peers from different countries, and have fun while learning.
