Module 2: I have learned about the practice of the Ethical labor. I have learned that they labor laws are different from the US and other countries. For example Indonesia uses people as young as 12 years old.

That companies have what is called a code of conduct. It is a statement of the companies values. It tells you their values, responsibilities, and the conduct expectations.

They enacted the Sarbanes-Oxley Act because of the number of ethical lapses of global companies and accounting scandals.

They are Common purpose, Coordinated Effort, Specialization and Division of Labor, and Hierarcy of Authority.

Once you have a job you need to know the organizational structure. You need to know who your manager and who you will report too.
