There is no description of any experience that shows those qualifications. Your resume should have your degree on it so that will have been stated multiple times when it only truly needs to be state once. This cover letter appears to have been typed up quickly and lazily. Credentials is the most important part of the cover letter and gives the reader a reason to go on to review the application.
