I appreciate that you stated where you found this job and specified your qualifications. However, I feel this is lazily written and follows, essentially, the same format throughout the cover letter. I believe what really hurt the quality of the letter was the repeated use of "I am qualified for this because", and the many I's and am's throughout. Thank you for applying and I hope you further the quality of your writing.

While you stated what you feel your qualifications were, that is almost all that was done. There is no description of any experience that shows those qualifications. Your resume should have your degree on it so that will have been stated multiple times when it only truly needs to be state once. This cover letter appears to have been typed up quickly and lazily. Thank you for the interest, but I am afraid that I cannot hire you based on this cover letter.

This letter had no description of your supposed credentials whatsoever and it appears to have been written lazily without much thought to it. I also find it off putting to use the word "I" a lot. So please be more specific of you qualifications next time you write a cover letter

The format was there, but your cover letter lacked any credentials or qualifications that would dub you as suitable for the position. Credentials is the most important part of the cover letter and gives the reader a reason to go on to review the application. Overall, add some relevant credentials that you think an employer would see as setting you apart and you may get the hire.
