The behind main reason is Academic Studies, students learn in the Academic how can we earn money "By hock and Crock". They bec selfish only because of money. No doubt, money is essential factor in people's life. But for money employees fraud in organization that is wrong. These things they posses from Academic life. If their teachers focus on money then student also focus on money. Students do not want to help their classmates. Why? Because they become selfish because of grade. Teachers criticize students if they are not good in studies.
