I think that all 3 videos were very insightful. My favorite video was the Drew Dudley one. From the beginning of the video I found myself being in the large population of people who view leadership as something bigger than us. I think that when I think of a leader, I often think of someone that isn't myself. Although I know that I am a leader in some aspects of my own life life in my family, it is hard to envision myself as a leader in my professional life.
