I'd like to be a enabler because I consider it is important to know the subject matter and the methodology to share this knowledge, but I believe being able to relate as a guide with the learners its essential as it allows them to learn by themselves or in their groups in a way more efficient way.

The enabler, i will really like to have the enough confidence to share control with the learners, cause it helps to make a good environment, i mean, when students see it´s not mandatory and is like a mutual work, they are more active. Also, i'd like to be their guide, 'cause they will just need my help to arrive what they want to.

I’d like to be The Involver because I think students learn better when they’re involved in the process and the class. I like the idea of explaining the lesson when it's necessary but encouraging interaction and giving students the chance to share ideas while still mantaining control of the class.
