I've always thought I'd never be able to work in the sphere of mass communication. It transformed me into a student I never anticipated to be with the support of the best educators in USLS. Every day has been a challenge for me, and my teachers are the only ones that believe in me and feel that I can improve as a person and as a student. I've always looked up to you guys because I've seen how enthusiastic and passionate you are about teaching and educating us. I'll look back on my time at my alma mater with pleasure and delight in the future, knowing that I've learnt a lot from them. To have everyone in our society, I am beyond grateful and lucky, and I would never trade it for anything in the world. My beloved professors, I adore you and will always admire you. <3

Despite the challenges and the wall that the pandemic has placed in front of all of us, thank you for forging on. We are grateful for the tough love that comforts us when we are broken and pushes us to go further than we thought we could. Taking up Mass Communication is never my first option. I aspire to be a flight attendant or pursue architecture, but my mother told me I’d fit perfectly when it comes to news reporting or radio dramas. Indeed, Mother knows best. Taking up communication is the best decision ever. It made me the best version of myself and all the lessons taught in classes are definitely worth sharing with other people. I wish the classes were held in an actual classroom setting because I am eager to learn more about the subjects.

To Miss Hannah, you’re terrific. I admire you, and I will never get tired of saying to other people how good you are when it comes to teaching. I learned a lot, and I still am. It gives me a better understanding of how media works and how people behave. I am in awe, and I am so proud to share the values and lessons you’ve taught us with other people.

To Doc Jade, Oh, how I wish theater classes were not held virtually, but you made it possible. You’re this sweet, simple, and charming lady. We all admire you for that. Thank you for your guidance and being the glue that holds all CSU members together.

To Sir Rene, you’ve taught me a lot about advertising, and I want you to know that you convinced me to pursue a career in advertising. Media and communication are broad. That’s why it’s called mass media. Because it covers a wide field, from production, photography, and the list goes on. Through you, I find advertising an amusing job and not to mention the pay is excellent. Through advertising, we can sell ideas, not products. We can help businesses improve and contribute a significant impact to the economy.

To Sir Hec, thank you for being passionate about everything you do. Thank you for sharing all your ideas and experiences with our class. May God continue to shower your heart with burning passion and desire to help people succeed and grow in life. How I wish our types were discussed in an actual classroom setting too. So that we can learn more about voice talents and how to manage Stinger’s radio live.

To Sir Barney, I’m looking forward to our first class together. I may not be your student for now but thank you so much for being so supportive in all our CSU activities and sharing everything you’ve learned with us. Your passion for filming inspires me, and all your notable achievements show how dedicated you are to your career. I admire you for that, Sir. May God continue to bless your heart so that you can bless other people more.

To Miss Annie, one of the things I admire about you is how you always send weather updates to our GC, which keeps us updated about what’s happening to our city. Thank you, Miss Annie, for all the lessons you taught us, especially last semester. Even though the connection was poor and unstable, you still communicated and taught us. Thank you!

To Sir Banjo, thank you for teaching us about photography. I’m a person who loves to take pictures, but I don’t know what settings are appropriate to use. Despite the online setting, you still managed to teach us to capture amazing photos and have fun with the pictures we took. Thank you, Sir

To the pillars of AB Communication, thank you all so much for your never ending support and guidance that lead us to become the effective communicators that society needs today. Burn outs turned to ignition, fueling us with drive and motivation to spark a change, a potential that we never knew we had.

Amongst all these padayon, you still emphasize the importance of our pahuway, nurturing not just our academic capabalities, but also the stability of our physical, emotional, and mental capacities. You are gems that we will forever treasure.

At some point of our lives, we may go our seperate ways, but as we embark on a new journey, your teachings will forever remain as we become individuals you will be proud of.
