         <description><![CDATA[<p>Definition: Common condition where skin is scraped on a rough surface, the top layer of skin wears away exposing blood capillaries.</p><p>Initial Care: Cleanse and debride the wound with saline or tap water, dry the wound with tissues, dress the wound according to depth and amount of blood, and apply second dressing if needed.</p><p>Post Care: Change dressing daily, visually inspect daily for reactions and infections.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
