It took him 20 minutes to write the song. It has six United States Marines raising a U.S flag atop of Mount Suribachi, during the Battle of Iwo Jima in World War ll. Another reason why this deals with the American dream is because of what the American troops did for us-they showed how we stood tall, which gave us hope. e will also keep fighting for what we believe in.
