Das bedeutet, dass eine ungewollte sexuelle Handlung, auch wenn sich die Person nicht gewehrt hat (zum Beispiel aus Angst) und die Person nicht bedroht wurde, strafbar ist. Jede Handlung gegen den erkennbaren Willen ist eingeschlossen. Auch sexuelle Belästigung wie ungewünschtes Küssen, Anfassen, Penis- und Nacktbilder schicken, fällt unter dieses Gesetz und kann angezeigt werden.
