In the University I relate with people from different countries and it happens to be that one of my colleagues is German. So, I asked him if I could practice some questions with him. It went well, although, as a matter of fact it is always more complex to interact outside the classroom as the atmosphere is not controlled and the vocabulary used by a native can be different to the one reviewed in class.

Another strategy that I have taken to practice grammar and memorise vocabulary is using the app "Duolingo". I have tried to practice at least 10 minutes a day. However, I have to work on accomplishing the 10 minutes every day as due to work loads, some days I have failed.

This semester I tried to use a combiation of the grammar and vocabulary seen in class and reviewed at home in imaginary situations. For example, I imagined going into a shop and start asking for prices, or describing a person, and giving advice to people of what to do and what not to do. I did that in my room alone and looking at the mirror to see how I gesticulate when speaking, I believe that it has helped particularly with y pronuntiation. However, although during my practice I used the grammar seen in class, I have forgotten some of it because of no time for practicing as often. I will try to keep it up though
