And then one thought led to another, and BOOM; another math concept was born. Like, for grades 1-5 we are taught that "Oh, 0 is the lowest number." And now in grade 6 and 7 we are taught "No, there are numbers lower than 0." I think we should be taught negative numbers at maybe grade 3? Or just a young age?
