Pirate Defense

We were supposed to create a catapult that could could shoot ping pong balls 8/10 times.we got zero balls in sadly but we had a good design, it was really hard to aim and it was hard to hold it still.
we should have built a more sturdy design. we had to do 3 different designs to shoot the ball 5 feet and this one worked the best.

Egg Drop Challenge

We had to build a machine that could keep a egg safe from a big drop, ours cracked but is not destroyed, 1 group did it right and won the challenge. we could choose 8/13 materials. this was our 1 and only design and it was not that bad.It had its flaws but the parachute made it safer.
we put the egg in between 2 Dixie cups and some cotton balls, we put it in a bag to make the egg safe in case it fell out. we used Dixie cups,plastic straws,yarn/string,1 sheet of newspaper,hot glue,sandwich bag, Cotton balls. we could have done way better but if it was from a lower height it would have had a chance but to be truthful this project was SO MUCH FUN!!!

Bridge Challenge

The challenge was to make a bridge that could hold at least 5 pounds, We tested the bridge by putting it on 2 beams about 12 inches apart and attached a bucket to the bridge where we kept adding in sand until it failed and our bridge only held 1 LB 12 OZ. our prototype did not work but we could have fixed it if we had more supports and made it shorter it could have been up there longer because i think that if the bridge is shorter it will have more structure and it will be stronger in points of the bridge and more supports is always good for a bridge.

Ship Challenge

We had to build a boat that was capable of holding 40 grams of penny's and it had to travel 20 inches. We managed to have it hit the 40 grams and it went past 20 inches many of times which means for once i have completed a challenge. i think our design worked because of the motor and how lightweight the boat was.

Makey Makey Challenge

we were asked to make a scratch game that could be controlled by a 3D object using makey makey. me and my partner made a piano that made a bunch of weird not good noises and one good noise that tells you if you win or not. our design worked and it work flawless. there was nothing wrong with it.

Pinball Challenge

Make a pinball machine that looked good, worked and had fun with playing it when meeting the requirements.

Our pinball machine was a forest theme with a cabin as the marble drop, there were some trees and the mysterious Bur, the pinball machine was a terrible design and i did not like it very much, it works by putting the marble into the cabin then your off playing but it gets stuck some times.

I dont like our pinball machine because it just did not look good or play good it was just no fun.

Our flippers, our design/layout and some barriers is what we really need to improve on because thats were we fell behind.

Video Games

Its a video game where you play as a colored pencil that kills all the glue sticks and grabs the pizza. my game turned out pretty well and i´m proud of my hard work in it, and i would not change anything definitely a perfect game.

Stikbots Challenge

The movies plot is about a guy that is having a really bad day than gets a attacked by a killer boat then a Dino then the clown. we chose this because we are dumb and did not know what else to do. it turned out the way i hoped because its funny and really dumb.i would not change anything.

Rube Goldberg Challenge

The goal was to make a rube gold berg project that worked and had at least 7 steps. we decided to make a pop a balloon challenge so we made a bunch of steps and made a weapon of mass destruction to pop the balloon and it failed miserably.  i 
don´t have a picture of our project because we rip the thing in half and kept kicking it because it was fun and we finished the challenge so sorry. something i would change would be for the scissors not to cut a string cause it was to hard and required actual work because a ball could not cut the rope so um yeah. that´s the project i guess.
