Assalamualaikum and bonjour everyone! My name is Izzah Atirah Binti Zin Azman. I am currently a student at UiTM Permatang Pauh, Pulau Pinang also pursuing a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management. I was born in Shah Alam, Selangor on 4th September 2003 and now I am 22 in this year. My diploma also in UiTM Permatang Pauh, really greatful to be here again.

For the first week of the semester, we had an online class on 24th March just one week before eid holiday. My lecturer for HTM 405 is madam Fadhlina has gave my class a briefing for the course this semester. A simple ice breaking at first, where we got to know each other and a short brief about assessment, assignment and so on. It's such a quick and enjoyable class online for me.

The second week we started off by having a face to face class which little hard to find the class. Madam Fadhlina had us do ice breaking so our class got to know each other a little bit better. Then, madam flashback what has told in the first week also start our lesson with Chapter 1: Hospitality Industry.

It's already week 3 now, we started our lesson with chapter 2. Before we end our class, madam had choose a few student to share their experiences about good and bad experience during internship or when we facing hospitalities industry.

For week four, we had a class discussion about our class trip, 5 place suggestions: Pado Fantasyland, Escape Penang, Muzium Perang, Jalan-jalan Padang Kota Lama and Entopia Penang. Also we choose representive for each responsibility and had a lesson chapter 3 after.

On week 5, our class were presenting each own group task about layout hotel. My group choose The St Regis Langkawi Hotel Design and Layout.

Today we start our lesson with chapter Food Service Industry and we had present about our choice of hotel's innovation and technologies. My group choose Hen Na Hotel Ginza, Japan as it has using a very interesting AI technology especially at the receptionists.

Class Revision For Test On Week 10

Madam Fadhlina gave our class a task to do some activity for revision in class. Others group have done either presentation, pop quiz, or crossword. For my group, we decided to make a quiz at Kahoot! for Form of Service and Market Segment in Chapter 6: The Food Service Industry. The whole class was fun because we does so much activity.
