During the duration of the mentorship we want to continue to evaluate and discuss learnings and the connections itself, is this working, how do you know? 

At the end of the mentorship--How did it go? what was valuable? What did you appreciate about the connection itself?

How will you let other potential mentors know that you've moved on?

At the moment, I see this more as questions centered around the answers to the pre mentor questions about values, expectation and communication

Have you had a mindset shift or even noticed an improvement in your life after a session with your mentor?

Are your needs being met? What needs to change if not?

How many times do you use the same format of name + student at  (insert high school) or something similar when describing yourself?

While yes, those things are true they don't give us a glimpse into you and who you are and how you operate. We want our mentors to introduce themselves openly and honestly by answering an assortment of questions you may not have typically asked in a first meeting. When connecting with mentors, we wanted to go beyond the autopilot, job interview description and wanted to reveal  personality, energy and truth. We want you to seek mentors based on vibe and honesty, not necessarily just what they do for work.
