Learning & Eval - January 2025 Complete Martial Arts Program Case Study

I plan to write a case study based on the survey results and interviews I conducted from last year’s Martial Arts program. As one of Destiny’s largest center-based programs, the Martial Arts program has a significant impact on young people and families that is palpable. I aim to use the data I’ve collected along with contextual research and visual design, to effectively tell this story.

S&C - Mapping Communication Cadence/Format

We plan to map out communication cadence and format with both Teaching Artists and site partners. We will plan out how often to meet with these individuals and the format that would work for them (in-person, site visit, zoom meeting). We will put these check-ins on our and others calendars to hold us accountable.
