It's important to take into account the suffering that being alive enables, and to reflect on what would you feel if you were in that exact same situation. You don’t need to act altruistically to not cause harm, but a good action always helps, even if it is unappreciated.

Donated blood is separated for each patient. Red blood cells for acute anemias, surgeries and transplants. Platelets for, chemotherapies and medullary plause. Plasma and derivatives for coagulation problems. And the bone marrow donation ..? It is just as important! for diseases such as leukemia, lymphoma, or cancer patients that chemotherapy destroyed their bone marrow. The umbilical cord donation is also useful for this.

Today in times of pandemic, people do not want to go to a hospital to donate blood for fear of getting infected there and today it is needed more than ever!
