some way my environment negatively affects me is how dirty it can be down here the water is filled with different metals and debris and during the winter it gets below freezing the whole season it can be really easy to get sick/catch illness during the winter

one person who affects me socially is my best friend kc were always together outside of school and were always doing stuff and we kinda resonate in our own way we can be doing our own thing and still have fun were always playing siege or basketball and he's in every essence my best friend

one way my environment positively affects me is through god growing up I wasn't really surrounded by Christians my whole family were actively atheists and so was I by default until last summer I found christ and I started surrounding myself with people who believe the same and its changed my life in so many ways and I'm just so grateful that's the path I chose

one healthy or positive lifestyle factor is that I try to exercise as much as I can getting at least 1 hour per day whether that is basketball or just going to the gym this affects me physically and mentally keeping me healthy in both aspects actively and even affecting me socially because I wouldn't be this close to any of my friends without basketetball

the second factor I chose that affects me negatively is how much screen time I get I feel as if it is something I need to cut down on more especially when it comes to playing Siege I spend way too much TIME ON THIS GAME JUST FOR IT TO ACTIVELY RUIN MY DAY ITS BONKERS but even besides that I spend to much time with things like on my phone and I need to get out in the world more
