         <description><![CDATA[<div>  I think that the kinetic energy which converted to sound energy from the car converted to heat energy after the car stopped for a few seconds as there was no more sound that could be heard after the car stopped for a few seconds.<br>  I also think that the car still has gravitational potential energy after it stopped. The reason why I think so is that if the toy car landed on the ground, it can still fall down if it falls down a hole. Thus, I think that even if the toy car is on the ground, it still has gravitational potential energy.<br>  I also think that if the car only goes downwards instead of also moving forward, like when the car is dropped for a height, the gravitational potential energy is still converted to kinetic energy as I think that anything that moves in any direction has kinetic energy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I see the car released from the ramp. It gained speed as it moved down the ramp. After it came down from the ramp, it moved a bit more before coming to a stop. The higher the ramp, the more the car moved before coming to a stop. I also noticed that different cars stopped at a different position after coming down the ramp despite being released from the same point.</div>]]></description>

After being pushed down, the gravitational potential energy in the car was converted to kinetic energy for the car to be able to move. After rolling for a while, there was less kinetic energy in the car that was later converted to heat energy when the car stopped and the car wheels rubbed against the floor  </div>]]></description>

The second time , the height of the ramp was 9 cm , the distance the toy car travelled by the the car is more than the height of the the ramp (24cm). The third time, the height of the ramp was 44 cm , the distance the toy car travelled was 100cm . The fourth time, the height of the ramp is 53 cm , the distance the toy car travelled is 64 cm .  <br>I counclued that the higher the height of the ramp, the greater the distance travelled by the toy car . <br><br> When the toy car is on the wooden block , there is more gravitational potential energy than the kinetic energy, when the toy car is on the middle of the ramp , there are equal amount of gravitational potential energy and kinetic energy . When the toy car is on the table , the amount of gravitational potential energy is lesser than the kinetic energy . <br><br>The gravitational potential energy of the toy car on the wooden block is converted to kinetic energy of the moving car .          <description><![CDATA[<div>  I wonder if the car still has sound energy after it stops. It could have no more sound energy or there is still sound energy as the car wheels rub on the ground and there is very little sound energy.<br>  I also wonder what would happen if the car moved in the opposite direction. If the car moved up the ramp instead of going down the ramp, would the energy conversion be the opposite of when the car went down the ramp. When the car was pushed up, the kinetic energy would still be converted to heat and sound energy.<br>  Before the car went down the ramp, i wonder if there is heat energy from the car at the top of the ramp.</div>]]></description>

Then, a car is released from the top of the ramp (The car then possess kinetic energy). After the results of this part of the experiment written down, another wooden block is placed under the ramp, making it steeper. Then, the car is released again, (The car now possess more kinetic energy) and the results are recorded again.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that the car has kinetic energy when it moves.<br>I think the ramp gives the car energy.<br>I think the ramp gives the car more energy when it has more wooden blocks under it.<br><br><br>First, a wooden block is placed under the ramp (This make the ramp steeper). Then, a car is released from the top of the ramp (The car then possess kinetic energy). After the results of this part of the experiment written down, another wooden block is placed under the ramp, making it steeper. Then, the car is released again, (The car now possess more kinetic energy) and the car is allowed to stop, (The car converts its kinetic energy to heat and sound energy which is why it slows down and stops eventually) then, the results are recorded again. This process goes on until all the wooden blocks are used.</div>]]></description>
