<title>Diamond has a point when he stated that the problems can be solved since we are the ones who created them, but he seems to have forgotten about the underdeveloped countries that cannot afford the expenses that come with finding solutions that are going to keep the environment safe such as the technologies. This makes it hard for those certain countries to change their lifestyle.Another problem is that even in developed countries which can afford those technologies and have the opportunity to change rather choose not to because simply they prefer to take the easy way which doesn&#39;t require any change or any sacrifices to make which can drive the society as a whole to many tragedies. Good points:) all you need to do is to refer to ideas from the articles studied in class. MET</title>

<title>Diamond makes a valid point when he says humanity have the technology to solve the problems. As he highlighted that communication is one of the important tools for it. He is right because the news are relayed whenever an incident happens. Also, with public service announcements, people may be careful about their behaviors. Moreover, confereces such as Tedx and documentary channels like NatGeo or Discovery help to make people see the problems and show that what should human-beings do to solve these problems. With the help of them, people start act more consciously and may change the world. Good points:), but you need to refer to some of the articles we have read in class. For example, in the article Planet or Plastic, the last paragraph has some similar information that supports your point.</title>

<title>In the article entitled ‘Collapse’ Diamond (2005) discusses that mankind has created all the main problems in the world which are hard to solve moreover generated technology to solve them. Diamond makes a valid point when he says humanity created all the main issues in the world. However, people have power to face these problems - such as global warming, harming the ozone layer, weather to become much warmer - with technologies that people created. The author also emphasizes that these problems not only harm nature but also to the people’s health. I agree with his claim that these problems harm both people and environment on the world and people are the only ones to solve these problems while creating new technologies.AYBİK, MURATCAN - You need to refer to some resources and give examples that makes clear why you agree with Diamond. Your evidence is missing. MET</title>

<title>We agree with Diamond&#39;s claim that the problems we are having in our world are not impossible to solve due to the technology we have today. There are many examples of damage, such as man-made villages, farmlands, using an excessive amount of fossil fuels and natural resources. He rightly draws attention to the usage of toxic chemicals which is also harmful to human health. By managing garbage, using social media to raise awareness and by making companies use fewer chemicals on products we can turn the problems into a drought. Since the opportunities we have, it seems reasonable for Diamond to conclude with the fact that people are intelligent enough to solve the problems but they are not doing it. YiğitAdnan This is more like a summary, you need to give your own reasons and support your idea by giving examples and referring to the other articles. MET</title>
