         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p><strong>Lack of teacher support: </strong>Some students may not be able to prepare for the lesson on their own without further instructions or help from the teacher.</p></li><li><p><strong>Self-motivation:</strong> There is a need to find self-discipline and motivation to complete given tasks independently. </p></li><li><p><strong>Time management: </strong>Both teachers and students should spend some extra time: students preparing themselves for the lesson and teachers creating specific activities for learners in the classroom.  </p></li></ol>]]></description>
