         <description><![CDATA[<p>This year we launched Collaborative Learning Walks in which we (Human Capital- Effectiveness) join with building admins and Teaching &amp; Learning CO admins to visit 3-4 classrooms, reflect on the instruction we witness using our district walkthrough tool, and then debrief to co-compose feedback to each teacher based on the evaluation rubric.</p>]]></description>
