In Palo Alto, California, David Packard and Bill Hewlett found their company. HP 200A Audio Oscillator, their first product, became very popular. It was a test equipment for engineers. In 1940, eight of the 200B model to test recording equipment and speaker systems for the 12 specially equipped theatres that showed the movie “Fantasia” were ordered by Walt Disney.

Obeying step-by-step commands stored on a magnetic drum, the 4,000-pound robot UNIMATE, arm sequenced and stacked hot pieces of die-cast metal. UNIMATE is the first mass-produced industrial robot ever made by Joe Engelberger and George Devol.

The Atari Video Computer System video game console was one of the first successful consoles with interchangeable cartridges and ROM chips to store the software. At first, designers planned to use an internal ROM chip that contained several pre-programmed games. Atari’s choice on using cartridges in part led the VCS to becoming one of the most used video gaming systems of all time.

Instagram has over 100 million active users within 3 years of it being created. Instagram allowed users to manipulate their photos with a variety of digital filters such as “Slumber,” “Kelvin,” “1977,” “Sierra,” and “Inkwell.”

Edward Snowden made many documents from his workplace helping lots of confidential US national security programs. Snowden worked with journalists in the US and UK to make the programs good. Surrounded the programs Snowden's revelations exposed was PRISM, where the NSA collected data with the help of companies such as Microsoft, Facebook, and Google.

The apple watch was programmed to do things that iPhones and Mac Books do. Almost a million units were ordered on the day of release. The watch was amazing but, has limited battery life and high price.
