In recent years, fast food has become more affordable and available in many parts of Vietnam. This trend has brought both advantages and disadvantages to the country. While there are undeniable benefits, I contend that the negative effects completely outweigh the advantages. This essay will explore both the positive and negative aspects of this trend while presenting my support for the advantageous perspective.

One benefit of fast food is no other than convenience. As city dwellers become busier, fast food offers an easy solution for those who don't have the time to prepare meals at home. Fast food brands in cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City make it accessible to a wide range of people from workers to students.

However, there are many disadvantages of this development. Fast food often contains high calories, fats, sugars, and sodium. This makes younger generations have a higher chance of developing various health problems such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes by consuming fast food regularly, which heavily affects the future of the country. Another disadvantage is the potential loss of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. As fast food becomes more popular, younger people may forget the rich food culture of the country and prefer quick, unhealthy meals over the fresh, nutritious dishes that have been developed through many periods

In conclusion, while the affordability and convenience of fast food provide many benefits, the disadvantages on health and culture easily outweigh the advantages. It is important to promote healthier eating habits and preserve our traditional culture

In the globalized era, the rapid development of modern technology and foreign cultures has led to a gradual loss of traditional Vietnamese cultural values and festivals. This essay will explain my solution to preserve the unique aspect of our culture. First, education is essential to preserve cultural traditions. Schools should not only teach the history of Vietnam but also integrate practical experiences, such as celebrating traditional festivals and participating in cultural activities. Teachers have to make sure that younger generations understand the significance of Vietnamese festivals like Tet (Lunar New Year) and the Mid-Autumn Festival. Educators should emphasize the values and stories behind these events, making a deep connection to Vietnam’s cultural roots. Second, government and community also play an important role. The government should promote cultural tourism and sponsor local festivals, making them accessible to everybody. Additionally, through film, music, and social media, the younger population can be encouraged to engage with and appreciate their cultural heritage. Furthermore, Vietnamese families should continue to celebrate traditional festivals at home, passing on customs to their kids. Parents and grandparents should teach children about the significance of these rituals and ensure that they are not forgotten. In conclusion, preserving Vietnamese cultural values and traditional festivals in a globalized world requires collaboration between educators, the government, and families. By nurturing cultural pride and participation in traditions, I believe we can protect the country's unique heritage for future generations.

Nowadays, Vietnamese traditions and cultures are being lost gradually due to the urbanization and modernization in our life. A central question then becomes that what people could do to preserve the traditional values. This paragraph will be my solutions to this problem.First and foremost, every child need to be taught about traditions and how to preserve traditional values. Parents should teach them to respect the traditions when they were young to navigate their attitude and personality, schools should hold more activities about the special occasions such as Tet or Mid-autumn festival, Vietnamese traditional arts and craft villages, etc. Children need to be encouraged to learn about history and take part in more traditional games. Second, people should spread traditions in the society and share them with foreiners to ensure that our traditions don’t be forgotten but its beaty must be known in anywhere. Family traditions and rituals should also be held regularly and passed down to afterward generations to keep every old cultures alive. Moreover, we should join hand in protect our traditions from spiteful critisms, not to make the traditional values be damaged. To sum up, preserving the traditions is the responsibility of only authorities or a part of anyone. Thus, we need to take action in protecting our country’s cultural values and rebuild the lost traditions one day.

There is an argument about the evolution of fast food brings on either positive effects or negative consequences to people. I think that everything has two sides.Nobody denies that fast food is more convenient compared to any other kind of food. You can buy it from any street vendor or make an order through your phone and you wil have some flavorful food but still suit your wallet. Furthermore, fast food suits young generations’s lifestyle. People now spend days for learning and working. Consequently, they don’t have time to make their own meal. Fast food not only helps reduce time to cook, but also tasty and has nice colour, which makes them be enjoyed by young people. On the other hand, fast food is poor in necessary nutrient building in people’s health, but contains various of harmful nutriment such as fat and sugar and high calories. As a result, Consuming fast food regularly may cause obeasity, diabetes and high blood pressure. According to scientists, fast food can also decrease the collagen rate in your skin, which makes you look more senescent and tired. Just having a document that people who eat too much fast food have 56% more to cause heart diseases than nomal people and also more likely to get overweight.Beside from its advanntages, fast food still harms people pretty bad and even brings in a ton of diseases. Therefore, people should hardly get themselves some fast food to prevent its bad effects to their health
