         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>My experiment:</strong> Using the <strong>1-9-90 </strong>framework to create a strong brand for a newly launched Wealth and Wellness Apps; a solution that easily helps an individual to plan a healthier and more meaningful retirement, beyond financial planning.  The ultimate goal is to achieve 2,500 active users by Dec 2021.<br><br><strong>Action Plans:</strong><br>1. Brainstorm with the team to determine the right metrics to track the success on this effort.<br><br>2. Build and grow the 9s list:<br>- Research on who are the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the area of Wealth and Wellness to potentially identify them as 9s.<br>- Utilise Backlink to identify the potential 9s in the area of Wealth and Wellness and what kind of contents (article, ideas, etc) that they are interested in.<br><br>3.  Build and connect with the list of potential 9s:<br>- Potentially to invite them to try out the Apps and to get their feedback to improve the Apps functionality.<br>- Work with them to use the Apps and to help them to achieve their goals - encourage them to share their success.<br><br>4. Work with team to create contents (article, ideas, etc) that are relevant to the 9s.<br><br>5. Nurture the list of the 9s with contents that can be used to further amplify their popularity. Potentially organically grow the list of the 9s.<br><br>6. Research the most suitable "paid media" to further amplify the brand.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>What did I learn about myself?</em></strong><br>I resonated with the growth hacking tactics, the importance of research and data and the power of  "word of mouth" to grow brand or business.<br><br>However, having all of them put together in a framework is very helpful to re-enforce and reaffirm the knowledge and the experience.<br><br><strong><em>What did I learn about others?</em></strong><br>From group discussion I realised that some of my group team in this training also faces the same or similar challenges like I do in implementing some of the growth hacking tactics. <br><br>I also learned that most of my group team in this training are not part of the Marketing team. Though we are not part of the Marketing team in a company, in order for company to be successful, all of us needs to be part of the discussion - for a company to be successful, it's now an interdisciplinary <br><br><strong><em>What Growth Hacking mindset do I see in myself?<br></em></strong>I'm a believer in data - a meaningful and analysed data will give us the opportunity to be leader in the market. It allows us to understand where we stand against our competitors and also customer's needs.<br><br>Having worked in customer service dealing with processes, optimisation plays an important role in the day-to-day operations - How we streamline it, how we make it more efficient, etc.<br><br><strong><em>What Growth Hacking mindset would I like to cultivate?</em></strong><br>I'd like to make myself to be aware and consciously thinking how we make the business 10x bigger and not just focusing on incremental improvement.  <br><br></div>]]></description>

I strongly believe that experiments are only as useful as the data that is tracked. Trechelle said to pick 1 or 2 questions only :( haha)</em><br><br><strong>What did you learn about yourself?</strong><br>After years in the same company, you tend to "accept" the way things are. I am glad to have joined this course to rethink the way things have been done and to push boundaries. There's always something to test and improve on!<br><br><strong>What did you learn about others? </strong><br>Different people may be in different industries/departments, but everyone has value to bring - from ideas to feedback to suggestions. It was also interesting to learn from others in what they've seen/learnt, in relation to the concepts we learnt in the course (e.g. how its like in Europe vs Asia).<br><br><strong>What growth hacking mindset do you see in yourself?</strong><br>Interdisciplinary. I wear many hats in my current role, and I like to think that I can look across more disciplines when thinking of ways to growth hack.<br><br><strong>What growth hacking mindset would you like to cultivate? </strong></div><div>Rapid experimentation. I feel like I don't test enough, or I tend to test once and give up if it doesn't yield positive results. I guess the key is to look at why, think of ways to improve, and keep trying!</div>]]></description>

What questions are they asking themselves? What are important keywords that our demographic is searching for?</li><li>Brand Audit: Research on the current competitor landscape .          <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><strong>What did you learn about yourself?</strong></li></ul><div>I learnt that my gut about taking a holistic approach has validity to it. Often times, I read and hear about marketing channels in silos. "You should do SEO", "You should do SEM", but the learnings from this workshop taught me that there needs to reasons why we utilize different channels. Different channels have different purposes, and being able to marry the right content to the right media will make it much more powerful. </div><ul><li><strong>What growth hacking mindset would you like to cultivate? </strong></li></ul><div>Rapid Experimentation to provide better insights. <br><br>Going back to basics - who are our users and what are their needs and painpoints. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>
