The first thing i learned was that it was once thought that dreams at one point that dreams were basically your x rated taboo thoughts disguised with symbols
The second thing i learned was that you go through different stages of sleep. REM sleep is where the deepest sleep occurs which only last around ninety minutes and where the vividest dreams occur.
The third thing i learned was that without REM sleep we would laps in terminal loss of consciousness and that we do not remember most dreams because your brain do not hold onto long term dreams vividly. In contrast a good way to remember them would to write them down as soon as you wake up.
A fourth thing I learned is that all mammals can endure a REM sleep.
