1. Fair to say I really struggled with getting an on-campus job. I wasn't looking for any special labs but I was just looking for any job that pays for my work-study. It was my first time applying for an actual (ish) job and every time I feel like I have high hopes for the job, they never reply to my application. It took me 3-4 months when I finally got an offer and I was honestly so relieved. I am sure there will be many more of these job-hunting moments when I graduate from college, but as long as I keep the faith and keep applying, soon or later there will be one that fits me.

2. Getting a good night sleep is always my go-to solution when life gets overwhelming. I am the type that would forget all the bad that happened before bed and wake up knowing that it is a fresh day for a new start. I am also grateful to say that I don't usually get stressed and overwhelmed even when I am faced with a pressing situation, so I think mindset really helps a lot when dealing with issues.

1. I feel like someone with high levels of anxiety, most things seem like a leap of faith even if to most people they aren't. So I will opt out of this question - but definitely something interesting to think about.
2. I usually try to reflect and process when things feel overwhelming. I'm an introvert so I need my little space to process everything that is going on. Afterwards I reach out to my loved ones that I feel safest with.

1. I feel as though a lot of the things I've done I've pursued because I hated the feeling of it being unreachable. The last 6 years especially have been a time of doing something just to free myself, to uncage myself from the limiting beliefs by proving myself wrong and doing the thing.I love the quote "everything you want is on the other side of fear." 2. I write lists of every tiny thing I need to do in order to accomplish the bigger thing. I also like to call a friend who can give me perspective on the situation

1. I love that Elizabeth puts the idea of a risk as something that makes your heart beat a little faster. It doesn't have to be something dangerous, but just something you want to try. For me, coming to college and applying for things; from jobs that I don't feel qualified for to opportunities that I don't think I deserve, I have taken many small leaps of faith! I haven't succeeded in all of them, but I have opened a larger chest of opportunities!
2. I think the reason I get overwhelmed is because I have either put something off for too long, or I have been focusing on something for too long. For the latter, I like to turn off all electronics and stare at a blank wall for 30 minutes. When I am putting things off, I need to make myself face the task. Usually the reason for putting it off is fear or anxiety, so I need to slowly approach it
