         <description><![CDATA[<p>She engages in a variety of exercises, on and off court, including strength training, cardio workouts, agility drills and tennis-specific drills to hone her skills. She prioritize protein in her meals and mostly have a plant-based diet. Additionally, she pays attention to her hydration level throughout the day, she ensures she drinks enough water, especially during intense training sessions and matches. When she feels a little bit dehydrated, she usually just chugs Gatorade. In terms of sleep, she aims to get around 7-8 hours each night to help her body recover from her workouts/training.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>How does preparation take place?</p><ul><li><p>Preparations are made through rigorous daily trainings of each part of the body to ensure optimal performance and to maintain a desired body condition. Each activity has different focus on the body, for example squats for thigh muscles, dumbell circle for biceps. The repetition for each activity are also specifies and increased over time to ensure continuous progression.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>What does he eat?</p><ul><li><p>To maintain a slim and fit body, a fixed dietary plan must be strictly adhere to. Food that consists of high protein and carbohydrates are a must for building muscles. The intake of food and having a wide variety which includes fruits, vegetables and supplements are also required. In between meals, he would often be seen snacking on fruits.</p></li><li><p>Lastly, water is an essential and crucial part as during training, water will be loss and it is important to ensure ample hydration throughout the day. It is reported that he drinks at least 4 litres of water per day as a norm.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Sleeping routines</p><ul><li><p>Before any important events or for any trainings, at least 8 hours of sleep is a must to follow for Bruce Lee.          <description><![CDATA[<p>When he was an active competitor and during his tutelage under the famous coach Cus D'amato he was subjected to high endurance training and a high nutrition-based diet. He was also mentally conditioned by Cus to have no mercy in the ring and to be aggressive and precise with his punches. His training during the drills was focused on increasing his response time and increasing his punching strength along with endurance training for his stamina. He also had Mike do calisthenics daily additionally to sparring without headgear to train his mentality. His training schedule was packed 6 days a week but he had Sundays off to take a mental break and relax.</p>]]></description>
