         <description><![CDATA[<div>proteins consist of amino acids which are linked together in a structer of polypeptide chains that are made out into a compact shape. our bodies do not store protein so you need a fresh supply each day.&nbsp;<br>two types of protein&nbsp;<br>type 1- complete&nbsp;<br>type 2 - incomplete&nbsp;<br>complete consist of 9 essential amino acids that allows your body to create more protein&nbsp;<br>incomplete are proteins that lack 1 or more essential amino acids eg veg ,nuts, grains and fruit&nbsp;<br>We need protein because it allows growth, repair, structure to the body. sports people who require large amounts of muscle need large amounts of protein in their diet to ensure their muscles are repairing and begin to build gradually.&nbsp;<br>foods such as fish, meat, cheese, yogurt are protein.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>the biggest energy food source.&nbsp;<br>definition- bonds between sugars and starch that form foods.&nbsp;<br>Different types - weak bonds (simple) and strong bonds (complex).&nbsp;<br>simple carbohydrates give out energy quickly and lasts for a short amount of time whereas complex carbohydrates give out energy slowly as it the body takes longer to break the foods down. a weak bond food is jelly and a strong bond food is bread, pasta, oatmill &nbsp;<br>these are needed because it is the main energy source for the body and can be stored in the body to be used later on.&nbsp;<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
