Interesting name isn't it?
This is a traditional Swedish dish, from the era when the majority in Sweden was farmers and poor. Mr Janson himself is supposed to be a fisherman who invented the recipe.
Today Mr Janson's temptation is served at Easter and Christmas.
Ingredients 
10 boiled potatoes
Two yellow onions
A tin of salty anchovis 
Cream
Butter
Breadcrumbs 
Preparation
Cut the potatoes in thin pieces
Cut the onions in the same size
Fry both just slightly
Butter a form, put the potatoes and onions in it, mix with the anchovies and the cream. 
Put breadcrumbs on top and let it dry in the oven, 200 degrees, for 30 minutes.
