Forms and waivers

I have done a brief audit of the paperwork being turned in for memberships. The results aren't great, so I'll be coming around to discuss what is needed with everyone. Please just make sure you are doing the form for EVERY membership (even renewals), and getting head waivers for all youth activities. I will also show you how to look to see if we have the head waivers on file. I have placed some accounts on hold until we get those head waivers and/or membership forms (for youth).
