Nowaday, the textile industry is very developed, there are many sewing company opened and the working condition in each company are different. In my company , I see two existing problems. In the first problem, I see that workers have to work for quite a long time and the repetitive work make them feel stressed and tired. Therefore, to reduce their concentrate while working, we can take a 5-10 minute break combined with do excerise or we can also listen to music. In the second problem, the reason is that the trash bin is too far form the worker’s workplace, causing  inconvenient and time- consuming to find and move to where the trash bin is. They have a proposal that we could arrange a small trash bin at each worker’s workplace. This will help workers focus more on their work, save time and improve productivity. I will talk about these problem with manager and give my my suggestion so they can prompthy resolve them quickly and effective.

Looking at the sample compared to the spec sheet of the Shirt, we see that these two shirts have many differences. First, the pocket of the shirt in the spec sheet is on the left, but the sample shirt is on the right. The color of the sample shirt is also different from the shirt in the technical documents. Furthermore, the document's shirt has a label while the sample shirt does not. I recommend that the sample sewing department change the fabric color, adjust the bag position as well as add labels to meet the requirements of the spec sheet. In terms of product specifications, the technical document has 6 buttons and the distance between the buttons is 8cm, but the sample shirt has 5 buttons. Therefore, the sample sewing department needs to add an additional button to the sample shirt. Next, the sleeve length of the XXL size sample shirt is 60.7cm, but the technical document is 68.5cm. The sample part must be adjusted in accordance with the technical documents to increase to 7.8cm. Finally, the size of the cufflinks in the technical document is 26*6, while the sample shirt is only 23*5.5. Therefore, the sample sewing department must also increase 3*0.5cm to meet the requirements

I have received the prototype and it has some different detail between the spec sheet and the actual sample. In general, the prototype looks good as a requirement. However, the many details that need to be revised. First, the color of the actual sample is different form the spec sheet. The actual sample, label does not instruct, you must add instruct for sample. The position of pocket is not true, it must on the right of the garment. For the measurements, the neck with form HPS is 3” wider, the waist is 8” wider, the bottom opening is 8” wider, the armhole straight is 0,4” smaller than the spec sheet. The sleeve cuff opening is 2” wider. We need to take the neck in 3”, take the waist in 8”, take the bottom opening in 8”, let the armhole straight out about 0,4”. This my comment about the actual sample. I hope you correct the sample and send it back to me.
