I found it challenging to source for solid data, analyze and interpret the data. We had to propose quite a lot of assumptions. I found it challenging to make logical assumptions because I'm not very strong in financial literacy so I had to do a lot of research to understand.

Before Future Ready, I had no idea about data visualization, building a chatbot or even the business framework. I used to have strong aversion towards data. Now, after Future Ready, I managed to develop skills in collecting data and visualizing it. And by becoming a leader of my team, I've certainly have grown into a better leader.

Back then everyone are having the same life structure , but here, we are coming from different walk of life, differences are so unique as it brings a whole new perspective of teamwork to us. Its not about being able to arrive the same destinations but its more towards being able to be in the same path to the destinations.

Hi guys, Azima here. I had Blake, Rebecca & Amman (our mentor) throughout the whole FutureReady program.
I had gone through several life-event hiccups and they are super supportive towards me.

All the messages that I've been receiving since I mentioned my problems from them was all supportive and uplifting messages. Told me to prioritize myself first, and only when the everything's kinds settled down, get back to them.

For me they're more than a groupmates, they're my friends now. Thanks again!

During tutorial week, I did not attend the session at all due to commitment and clashed between intern task - which I shall prioritize first.

Without the help of my team, I would not be able to learn on researching the right information needed, how to visualize/illustrate our thoughts on documents, and the true meaning of susah senang bersama.

As well to Evelyn for the wonderful guidance, gonna missed you! Our beloved tauke neo. T_T She was there during our ups and downs and always give encouragement to move forwards.

I just want to say I had the greatest honour and privilege to have worked with members of Team 9. So supportive, passionate and willing to ponder on different ideas. To Arep specifically, he's a great guy with impeccable designing skills and also gave me tips some tips to hone designing skills. To my mentor, Melcolm, he was very patient, chill in guiding us. He even did a dry run with us, provided constructive criticisms which eventually improved the flow of our presentation. Overall, it was a pleasure to be a part of Team 9.

Appreciate my team and mentor for not giving up even when things are low and seemed hopeless. And a big thank you to the FutureReady team for this programme, and making sure that every participant is having a good time here!

Thank you for giving me a great opportunity to enhance myself and discovering another version within myself which is to develop the art of persuasion and searching for related sources. My team was extremely helpful and I learned a lot from them, we managed to understand the situation of each and everyone and divided the tasks accordingly. A big shout out to our mentor Evelyn who actually helped us to be more professional and to be more of a consultant. She is so good guiding the mentees and shared her experience of being a consultant. With her we managed to start with the best frame of mind.
