Before meeting with the group each member was tasked to go through the assignment on they own and all come up with problems each one of them might have in their respective communities.
Next step we had a voting pole to decide when the best time for us to meet in order to discuss our findings
We met up as a group to tackle the other parts of the assignment by brainstorming and coming up with possible solutions on how to improve the problem at hand .
Each group member was assigned one question, they had to present their answers and the other group members gave their inputs

The collaborate tool, Padlet has been great for our group as it was easy to use and made it possible for all of our group members to collaborate in the assignment. We could edit our own work and our group members work from the comfort of our homes .

At the initial phase of the project the communication was not the best since we did not know each other so it was difficult to communicate. During the process of planning that was when we knew each other and came up with the strategic plan of how to go about with the project. Communication tools we used were planning tools, deciding on the project service, social media platform was the most used which is WhatsApp and we met 2 times a week. We worked as a team to achieve our goal.

Some of the problems that we encountered as a group were first not agreeing on which service/product we should choose since everyone had great services/products that we could choose from. Another problem that we encountered was that some people wanted to leave without even finishing the project, even though it was a group assignment. To find a solution for individuals to talk humanely and agree on something that benefits everyone. Another solution with people leaving was the fact that we had to use the “we will tell the lecturer the people that contributed or we will not even include your student number when submitting,” line for that individual to be active again during the project. After all that squabbling we finally found a solution to work together and be productive resulting in a good project.

Milestones reached by our group include pushing different opinions, problem solving, effective communication which resulted in us agreeing on the same idea towards reaching the same goal, the way the members of the group communicated and depended in one another to bring about change. Each achievement is a result of how committed and dedicated we are as a group.

Each group member's ability to change their points of view in order to achieve the same goal, working together as a group, and the knowledge that each member contributed is advantageous for us, the groups shared goals and understanding each other helped to shape the story of our IT venture. The experience of working together in gaining knowledge and benefits towards reaching the same goals as a collective without any sense of conflict.
