This community board aims to facilitate easy and informal communication between the 24 apartments, and the many more people, of 27 Dickens St. Matters posted here are not formal reports to your landlord, property manager, the owner's corporation, or committees.

Add new posts to the relevant "section" or column. By default, new posts are added to the top of a shelf, and older posts will be displaced downwards. Posts giving examples have been pinned to the very top. Feel free to colour-code your posts:

Complaints
Complaints should not name an individual or apartment. If you are aware of the source of a problem, talk to the resident directly but diplomatically. This space might however be an avenue to highlight recurring misuse of common property in general terms.

Commenting and Voting

You can comment on a post to add further detail, clarify, correct, or ask a question.

Reactions - Thumbs Up to Thank

Upvotes are a fast way of acknowledging, or thanking. Downvotes should therefore be very uncommon! It's natural to give "thumbs down" to an issue, but downvotes added to the report of an issue may dissuade users from reporting them. Use a downvote conscientiously.
