  • At first do not isolate yourself, try to talk with someone you trust
  • Do not respond to provocations, you are upper and smarter than the bully
  • Do not make you see worried about what is going on
In our opinion, the best way for beat bullying is talk with someone adult, like a teacher or your parents, that surely are more responsable and they will better face with the situation.
