         <description><![CDATA[<div>An elaboration on the Youth Employment strategy isn't mentioned in the article which leaves no room to properly evaluate the scheme.<br>Seems to be a subsidy (government intervention)-If I do more research on the Youth employment strategy welfare scheme then I can give a more evaluated response.&nbsp;<br>Enough statistics are given regarding the current economic crisis in Australia which could be useful when attempting to explain the extent of the crisis.&nbsp;<br>Absence of any strong opinions which enables me to give a personal response.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
