The step by step guide of program evaluation is a useful and handy tool but I knowing it all would not have helped at all. Hence, this workshop has helped me and my team to clear all doubts and ensure that we are a core team who can then support the others at school for evaluation prep. 
Being a IBEN-PL gave me a different understanding altogether and the learning. However, now it's our turn to showcase and this workshop was the right tool for as and at the right time with the right person conducting it for us. It included all the aspects of evaluation starting from preliminary review, self study questionnaires and PDP preparation. Through this workshop I was able to gain knowledge about many different enquiry strategies also like 4R's enquiry model and spiral enquiry model . I was also able to visualize about the environment during the visit, queries and after visit report. We explored different case studies which gave me an idea of different scenarios.
Through this workshop I was able to develop my thinking skills, research skills, self-management skills and collaboration skills as well. I guess I have acquired myself as a better knowledgeable, thinker and open-minded person after this workshop.

The workshop was very engaging and interesting. From this workshop I learnt Evaluation Time, How are the context & programe evaluation interwoven ? ,Evaluation process, Meaningful Evaluation, How the school can grow, Documents which shows positive impact for students, Spiral of Inquiry where we have to think in pieces and do Planning- Implementing-Analyzing- Reflecting through continuous Cycle of Inquiry. Where the Leaders -Teachers - Learners are working together and all stake holders are involved. Looping around a Spiral situation. I also studied 4 R's Professional Inquiry Process, Programme Evaluation Process, its Similarities & Differences. It was fun to work in group to compare the 2 Model of Change and to make a presentation on it. It  was interesting to do the case study of other schools. 
PDP - Investigate - Inquirer- Reflect, Key Concept - Development, LPA - Reflective. We also described PDP in 3 words on Menti i.e. Planning-Implementing- Analyzing . Then we were able to find focus area of development, success aspects with 2 examples.  It was really interesting to find Who, Why, How & condition of Purpose, Learning, Culture & Environment from the Practice with Practices (PSP).  The model of Routine- Activity- Theory was really interesting.  I am really thankful for the effective tips / hints which you shared with us like Break your teaching , collaboration should be used to discuss, analyze, knowing all stakeholders, Parent Involvement, role of non teaching staff, last but not the least PDP should be part of everyday learning & practices'.

As a newbie to the IB world I had a lot of questions in mind regarding the evaluation process, right from it's needs till reports of final evaluation. Now I understand it's required and the whole process how it is to be done in a systematic manner. Learning about the team work and the importance of managing timeline. Looking into this from every possible perspective enhanced the understanding of the process and how to make it most beneficial. The best part was to understand the way of referring the documents. Like ingredients where already there, now got the recipe.
