The design started with the architect Michael Reynolds for three reasons: 
  1. For the use of a sustainable architecture.
  2. The homes would rely on natural energy sources.
  3. They can be built by anymore without building skills.                     
 An Earthship has six design principles: 
  • Solar and wind power
  • Solar heating
  • Building with natural and recycled materials
  • Water harvesting and long term storage
  • Some internal food production capability

We choose the simple survival model which evolved from the very basic prototype built in Haiti. It is made with recycled materials

Then he help the Indians who were in South Africa, since they were discriminated against in their human rights.
